Considering it’s a front-end, I’m surprised there are no screenshots of what it actually looks like on their readme.
Yes, this is always the biggest turn-off for me and it kind of doesn’t make want to try it out. Post screenshots, people! Pictures can say more than a thousand words! They just have to be at the very top of the readme.

Tried to login, toast message says it doesn’t recognize my username. Uninstalled. Going to stick with Jerboa
After installing Liftoff I use frequently than Jeroma, for me it’s simple app with better view of instances than other android app. I hope so that will be Liftoff soon on FDroid repos.
