My favorite option coming from Boost is a Hide read button that hides all the posts I just scrolled through. This makes it very convenient to visit the front page again later - all posts and content are fresh.

Bonus option, hide Upvoted and downvoted.

      I had luck with turning Show Read Posts off in account setting and leaving Hide Read Posts off in the app settings. It still misses some, but I just upvote the ones I’ve already seen twice to make sure they disappear
