Lately I’ve been having Paldo Spicy Kokomen ramen, it’s clean tasting and lovely with some green onion and egg. EDIT: Honorable mentions Nongshim Mupama (spicy hearty veg) Nongshim Neoguri (spicy seafood udon style) Samyang Nagasaki ramen (spicy seafood, white)
