    Fiona is wicked smart.

: “A world in which Putin defeats Ukraine is one where the U.S.’s standing in the world is diminished, where Iran and North Korea are emboldened, where China dominates the Indo-Pacific, where the Middle East becomes more unstable.”

She’s a power hungry war hawk.

Putin already took Crimea and I didn’t hear her running round saying “oh no we are diminished ! And the norks are empowered!”

There are plenty of diplomatic routes toward a solution, but US imperialism always chooses war.

            Topic: Russian invasion of Ukraine

You: USA BAD USA BAD… But USA BAD

You’re either delusional or a paid actor. Not sure which is worse, to be honest.

Yes, I dream everyday for a sudden and unrestorable fall of the usa.

it began something more than 30 years ago. I’ll leave it to you to find which event sparked this idea. so figure it out for yourself if, after all this time, I am delusional, an actor, or a person who isn’t able to accept any longer smoking hot bullshit from usa (or putin, or… ).

anyways. every time I can, i talk against usa propaganda and its pawns, being them brainwashed or brainwashing like Hills.

That’s not the topic. The topic, very specifically, is what happens if Putin wins, and wild assertions made by Hill about that outcome.

American lost Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the world is still turning.

America spent 2 trillion dollars minimum on Afghanistan. For what ?

exactly. putin it’s a rabid dog, the man is unhinged that’s clear, in my opinion, and Russian propaganda should be attacked, destroyed, removed.

but it’s important to do the same thing with usa propaganda and its pawns, be it super counselor Hill or lemmy users.

Mate, the rabid, unhinged dogs who killed over a million people in the war on terror are venerated leaders and public figures in the USA, attack, destroy, and remove their propaganda first.

That’s some excellent analysis, thorough and compelling.

It’s just mind-blowing that we could be on the verge of handing over a victory to Putin. We’d be sacrificing our credibility on the world stage, demonstrating to everyone that America is unreliable and can be beaten by anyone with patience. The world would become more dangerous, more conflicts will flare up, and we’ll have far less control over our own fate.

And for what? So a few politicians can go back to their gerrymandered safe districts and say that they stuck it to Biden?

well, didn’t that already happen with Afghanistan? Uh, yes… media coverage of Ukraine invasion has been for more extensive in the west.

There’s a huge difference between pulling out after two decades of boots on the ground, suffering casualties and spending trillions vs two years of sending your hand-me-down equipment to an ally who will do all the fighting, at a cost of 0.1% of your budget.

yes a huge difference. in the end, just as hill says

USA is unreliable and can be beaten by anyone with patience

this anyone with patience being those demi-animals of talibans, armed with weapons from soviet invasion of '89.

oh and by the way, it seemed more like let’s get out of here as fast as possible, more than a pulling out. I’m joking, that was the only way to leave to give talibans usa army weaponry. usa generous confirmed.

EDIT usa do not consider last years in Afghanistan as war, I know this. the rest of the world though thinks that as long there’s a single invader, that’s war.

It’s unfortunate how easy it is to hijack long term plans with short term needs of the few.

Those that plant trees for future generations are few and far between compared to those that want for themselves in the here and now.

The Republicans don’t want global stability. Instability leads populations to be more accepting of dictators and strongmen.
