The two are known by the community as the Ken Bone Brothers because of their sweaters. But they have no official name or purpose. So the answer is no. They’re relatively new characters only having developed last year and I don’t think NAPG has decided what he’s going to do with them yet.

Part of the trick to reading Heathcliff is to come up with your own story about what happened before the panel and what will happen after. So your head canon of them being serial killers is perfectly valid.
