Wait, does that mean that every time TST and other non-Christian orgs get a win over these goobers, they’ve defeated Yahweh?

So, as seemingly pretty often happens TST is good at making a statement, pretty good at getting government to back down, but actually really bad at the actual legal stuff.

In this case, they lost in part essentially because they couldn’t prove anyone was effected. This was a case where they were using their “abortion ritual” to argue for 1A protection for abortion, but a big failure of their suit was not having a woman who was a member of TST who could not perform the abortion ritual because she could not get an abortion in Idaho (in other words someone whose claimed right to abortion as a religious ritual was actually violated). They also failed to meet deadlines to respond.

They are of course free to try again, ideally when they have someone whose rights were violated they can point to to demonstrate how someone’s rights were being violated.
