    Sounds like the database of the instance is getting overloaded and the web server is returning 500

      maybe you’re right, but I’m trying to load those threads since many days!
      and other threads loads properly.
      could it be some configuration error?

        It seems like most threads on that instance are getting a 500. All that means is that the webserver did not get a useful response from the backend. Whether that’s a backend that’s crapping out, the database or the combo of those - I cannot tell. The admin has to look at the logs and start tracing the source of the issue.
