But on Sunday, as a convoy neared the Wadi Gaza checkpoint on its way north, it was “surrounded by crowds of hungry people” with “multiple attempts by people to climb aboard” and then on entering Gaza City faced gunfire, “high tension and explosive anger”.

If there was any indication that Israelis were the ones shooting at food trucks that would be the entire focus of the article and you’d hear about it for months. Because it’s Hamas shooting at their own citizens the journalist mention gunfire once and never offers any more information.

Can you explain to us exactly why this food aid is needed in the first place and who is responsible please?

The current flare up started because Hamas launched a vicious attack on October 7th. Everything recent stems from that.

I see, so Israel has zero culpability. Not even for the 10,000 children that were killed. They were in Hamas, right? Even the babies.

There’s a whole lot of people who have gone full mask off in their belief that Palestinians aren’t human, and it’s fucking disgusting.

You’re right. It absolutely is. And this is not the first person I’ve talked to who implies that murdering thousands of children is justified.

I’m not even sure people fully grasp that “look what you made me do” is the epitome of abuse, let alone the power imbalance it requires.

Plenty of people certainly don’t grasp it since they use that excuse in their own lives too.

“I was wrong” is something they cannot possibly say.

If you think Hamas could show themselves and shoot at anything in Israeli-occupied Gaza I have a bridge to sell you.

Edit: You clown what’s going is that because Israel keeps targeting Gazan police who should be protecting the aid from looting while it’s being distributed, the aid is being looted. The aid is being halted because of looting, and Israel keeps shooting the people who should be stopping that.

        Does Gaza have police?

Since it’s an occupied territory, Israel is supposed to be providing security under international law. But of course that would get in the way of the genocide.

Israeli soldiers are getting killed all the time by Hamas in northern Gaza. It’s a war, I’m not sure what you’re on about.

Yes, it’s a war. If Hamas appears Israel shoots them. This includes if they appear to guard aid from looters. Therefore there’s nobody to guard aid from looters.

Edit: What I wanna say is: Israel refuses to provide security for Gazans (instead preferring to kidnap and torture them) but doesn’t allow to provide it for themselves either.

Man that edit sure sounds like Israel is
