    The New York Times won in the international reporting category for its coverage of the Oct. 7 attack by Hamas and the Israeli military’s “sweeping, deadly response” in Gaza. The paper was also honored for investigative reporting and feature writing.

    Does this include the blatantly false rape(s) story? The beheaded babies? Any of that other nonsense that turned out to be Israeli state propaganda? I used to trust the NYT. I knew it was biased, but felt I could distinguish the bias from the facts. No more.

      Yeah I can’t tell with them anymore either, so I’ve stopped reading the nytimes entirely. It’s a shame. There are still a few reporters I respect over there, but it’s not enough for me to keep wading through all the bullshit.

    They really deserved this. That series was exceptional. I’d call it the gold standard of investigative journalism.
