You absolutely nailed it. I have no issues with what my manager asks me to use Jira for. I do have issues with the extremely convoluted UI and nearly every interaction triggering loading screens. Most of my time in Jira is spent fighting their terrible user interface and waiting for the damn thing to load.
Sync for Lemmy. 🤷
I’ve donated to Lemmy, Beehaw, and Mastodon and came here because Reddit killed Sync. Lemmy is full of gatekeepers and it’s bringing the platform down. Half the posts are whining about reddit and the other half are whining because someone doesn’t adhere to the perfect open source ethos and shun anything not completely free. It’s getting tiring. No wonder Lemmy’s active user count is decreasing.
I haven’t used them in a few years and found them a lot worse than Chrome at the time. I’ll have to give them a try at work this week so I can hopefully fully switch over.
How are the developer tools lately? That’s the only thing keeping me on Chrome at work. Otherwise, I’m using Firefox on my phone and personal computer.
I just got into this whole Lemmy thing yesterday and installed this app a few minutes ago. Wow! For an alpha I’m incredibly impressed so far. Keep up the great work. I’m a former Android dev myself and if my schedule ever opens up more I’ll be sure to contribute.
S23+. It’s a downgrade in most ways from my Note 8… I don’t like it very much. Screen looks worse. Glass scratches super easily. Software is buggy. The camera is atrocious. 9/10 photos I take of my kids comes out blurry.
I’m pretty disappointed overall considering it’s supposed to be Samsung’s flagship. It’ll probably be the last Samsung phone I buy and I’ve been very happy with their phones in the past.
The Last Jedi.
I left the theater on opening night thrilled with what I saw. I couldn’t wait to go online and read all the positive reactions and theories for the next one… Whelp.
