Well, I don’t really have any ideas for implementing the actual headphone portion. But as for the porous nature of 3d prints, I offer 2 separate solutions with wildly different cost points:

1. Get/use a resin printer.
2. Use a filler on the surface of your filament print like bondo, and then finish it with a coating of some kind, possibly epoxy.

Just slap a suction cup on one end so it sticks to the side of the user’s skull 👍

Thing is, not all these people have less than two braincells to rub together. It’s like flat earther’s. Not all of them are stupid people. Maybe just never got taught critical thinking until they’d already been indoctrinated in some religion (evangelical Christianity usually, but not always.) Or grew up before the internet, and so fell into the echo chamber trap. Or their parents only watch Faux News and so that’s what they watch.

Calling all these people stupid isn’t really fair. I know stupid people who think all that shit is ridiculous.

I mean…most of my teachers were pretty cool, and we’re caring compassionate humans with a passion for teaching. Most. And a lot of my friends from different schools didn’t even have most. I know 3 people who got ratted on to their parents by their teachers that they were gay. And this was like late 90s early 00s. Luckily they had cool parents who didn’t beat the living shit out of them or kick them out or worse… but that’s absolutely something that has happened forever.

I mean…we already have that? Temp labour agencies are a thing all over the place.
