MWC is not deprecated or going away, but Material Design is no longer actively staffing its development.
I’m skeptical.

That’s the whole point of this: they will automatically filter that out, and this is an impotent, though well intended, gesture.
You started here
Personally I think it’s photosynthesis.
Now you’re here
The failure to develop photosynthesis
I think you got it! Good job!
Regardless: photosynthesis is a possible solution to avoid the filter. Not the filter itself.
You can’t filter something in
Your answer doesn’t make sense.
“Photosynthesis” is a positive development for life. The great filter must be a negative development: it’s a filter or a barrier that keeps life from achieving long term extra terrestrial survival.
So “climate change” would be an answer. Or “fuel depletion” (to which photosynthesis may be a solution). But the filter is the mechanism by which life forms are prevented from progressing.
Cool project!
Baffling name.
Right?
How could primitive humans draw any other conclusion than God from that kind of spectacle!?
We have come so far.
Preach, brother
“fuck Meta but buy their products” is internally inconsistent.
That isn’t necessarily your point, but how good their products might be simply doesn’t matter.
Bones prove you existed.
But the absence of bones does not mean that you didn’t.
Fuck Meta and their shitty VR system
This looks awesome, actually
Thanks for the explanation.
I don’t get this. Is it satire? What is it satirizing?
Maybe this?

It’s sloppy imprecision about a really basic detail.
It’s an indictment of his ability to understand what he’s reporting.
There are millions of pages with sloppy reporting about complicated topics
I’m not saying this discovery is important. I’m saying I want to understand it from a more reliable source and that I’m not wasting minutes of my life on this YouTube channel.
It sounds like it all needs liquidation
He starts by calling tryptophan a protein in the first two minutes.
Huge error? No, but sloppy, and there’s too much low quality pop sci on YouTube already to justify more attention to this video.
China filters every byte of Internet traffic in and out of the country.
It seems naive to think they can’t accomplish the same thing for a GitHub mirror.
